  2. Milk preparation

    • While Shakti is infusing, heat 125 ml of vegetable milk (or cow's milk) over medium heat.
    • Heat the milk until hot, without boiling. The ideal temperature is around 70°C.
  3. Assembly

    • Once the Shakti infusion is ready, pour it into a mug.
    • Add the hot milk and froth in the mug with the infusion.
    • Mix gently to harmonize the flavors.
  4. Finishing

    • Sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top to make it look nice!
    • Enjoy your chai latte.
