How is my order confirmed?
You will automatically receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided as soon as you have validated your order.
What packaging options are available?
Most of our teas and infusions are loose-leaf. We only offer individual bags for the DOM GRECHKA infusion. There are two types of containers, available depending on the product reference and our available inventory: boxes or refills for infusions, and refills only for teas. The weights per container vary depending on the highly variable volume of our recipes (component sizes). Refills are heat-sealed. The boxes are equipped with a tamper-evident seal.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. For each order, specify the delivery address if it is different from the address associated with your customer account (billing address).

Is my payment secure?
To guarantee complete transaction confidentiality, online payment by credit card on the TEA TRIBES & Co. website is secured by the SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights during payment and encrypts all exchanges to ensure confidentiality. Thanks to SSL encryption, your bank details are never transmitted unencrypted over the network.
Are there any other ways to order by mail other than online payment?

What are the delivery methods, times, and costs?
For orders to be delivered in mainland France, there are several delivery methods: home delivery with or without signature, allowing you to receive your order within 2 to 5 days, and express delivery via Chronopost, guaranteeing delivery within 2 days before 1:00 p.m. (including Saturday). Our warehouse will process your order the day after your purchase if received before 12:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
For deliveries outside mainland France, shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of your order based on the weight of your order, and delivery times vary depending on the destination country (4 to 12 days).

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided as soon as you have validated your order.
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation message when your order is shipped. This message will provide you with the parcel number (Colissimo or Chronopost) and provide a link to the website to track your delivery. If you have chosen delivery to a collection point, you will receive an SMS and an email informing you of the availability of your order.
What happens if I am not in at the time of delivery? In mainland France, if you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left informing you that you can collect your package from your post office (depending on the area, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled). You have 15 days to collect your package before it is returned to the sender. For delivery to a retail collection point, you have 10 business days to collect it.
I haven't received my order yet
For mainland France, the delivery time for standard delivery orders is 4 to 6 business days. The normal delivery time for express delivery orders is 2 business days. Your package may be in the process of being delivered or waiting for you at the post office. You can find out if this is the case by consulting the postal service's parcel tracking website using the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking number sent to you by email.
