My order

How is my order confirmed?
As soon as you have confirmed your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you have provided.

What types of packaging are available?
For loose tea, the sales unit is the 100 g pouch and the 500 g pouch (only available for certain teas). You'll benefit from a 5% quantity discount on the purchase of a 500 g pouch, and a 10% discount on the purchase of a 2 x 500 g pack (unit prices already take these discounts into account). Some teas are also available in tins and muslin bags.

Can I choose a different delivery address?
You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. For each order, specify the delivery address if different from the address associated with your customer account (billing address). You can even specify if it's a gift and include a personalized message for the recipient (see next paragraph). If you wish to deliver a gift order to a So Colissimo relay point, you will need to forward the e-mail or SMS containing the collection slip to the person who will be collecting it.

Can I send a gift with a personalized message to the recipient?
You can send your order to a different recipient and include a personalized message. A letter with your personalized message will accompany the parcel, informing the recipient that it's from you. The packaging remains classic and the invoice will be sent to you separately by sending a simple request to our customer service department.

I'm experiencing a technical problem and can't place an order
We invite you to send us an email using the contact form to explain as precisely as possible the problem you are experiencing. Please also let us know which operating system (e.g. Windows XP, Mac OS X...) and browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox...) you are using.

My payment

Is my payment secure?
To guarantee total confidentiality of transactions, online payment by credit card on the TEA TRIBES & Co. website is secured by SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights during payment and encrypts all exchanges to guarantee confidentiality. Thanks to SSL encryption, your bank details are never transmitted in clear text over the network.

Is there any other way than online payment to order by mail order?
You can order by telephone on +33 6 16 29 43 93 from Monday to Saturday: 9am - 6pm. You can pay by credit card or cheque (dispatch on receipt of payment).

Tracking my order/delivery

What are the delivery methods, times and costs?
For orders to be delivered in mainland France, there are several delivery methods: home delivery with or without signature by So Colissimo, delivery to a So Colissimo collection point (post office, retailer or Cytissimo space) enabling you to receive your order within 2 to 5 days, and express delivery via Chronopost guaranteeing delivery within 2 days before 1pm (Saturdays included). Our warehouse takes charge of your order the day after your purchase, Monday to Friday.
For deliveries outside mainland France, shipping costs are automatically calculated at the end of your order according to the weight of your order, and delivery times vary according to destination (4 to 12 days).

Order tracking
You will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you have provided, as soon as you have validated your order.
You will automatically receive a dispatch confirmation message when your order has been dispatched. This message informs you of the parcel number (Colissimo or Chronopost) and provides a link to the delivery tracking website. If you have chosen a So Colissimo delivery point (post office, retailer or Cytissimo space), you will receive an SMS and an e-mail informing you of the availability of your order.

What happens if I'm absent at the time of delivery?
In Metropolitan France, if you are absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left informing you that you can collect your parcel from your post office (depending on the area, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled). You have 15 days to collect your parcel before it is returned to sender. In the case of delivery to a retail outlet, you have 10 working days to collect your parcel.

I have not yet received my order
For Metropolitan France, the delivery time for standard delivery orders is 4 to 6 working days. The normal delivery time for express orders is 2 working days. Your parcel may be in the process of being delivered or may be waiting for you at the post office. You can find out if this is the case by consulting the post office's parcel tracking website, using the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking number sent to you by email.

Delivery not conform to my order, complaint
Contact us using the contact form. We would be grateful if you could provide us with your order number so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
