If our first brain thinks, the lower one takes care of our digestion and influences our emotions. Ayurveda refers to the energy of metabolism as Agni, which means “digestive fire”. Balanced, it is the guarantee of a healthy body and a strong mind. Thanks to Agni, food can be transformed into energy. But if the digestive fire does not function properly, residues of undigested food accumulate and ferment, giving rise to toxins (Ama). This recipe aims to balance Agni. It is typical of Rajasthan, in particular of the Marwadis who take pleasure in mixing ginger, “anti-dyspeptic” liquorice, garlic and pippali, in powerful digestive infusions.

Notes: spicy and slightly salty

Ingredients :

ginger rhizome (30%), licorice root (24%), garlic powder (18%), pippali (18%), rock salt (10%) - Exclusively handpicked from India, with certified ingredients ORGANIC locally - No flavoring or added sugar.

Preparation:2 large tablespoons for 1 liter of pure water brought to 90°. Infusion 8 to 10'.

Use : As a 2 or 3 week treatment, throughout the day.
