Natural infusion of raspberry leaf, sea buckthorn berry and rosehip.

  • Detoxifies the body
  • Stimulates the lymphatic system

Description & history of the BANYA

Since time immemorial the banya, a hot steam bath, has been a sacred place where the Slavs come to purify the body and mind. They remain there in silence, whip themselves vigorously with birch or oak branches, then throw themselves into a pool of cold water or into the snow. They then rehydrate with an infusion of beneficial plants: the end of this entire cycle of rebirth. We drew on their flagship ingredients which hydrate, regulate and stimulate the lymphatic system. All enhanced with delicious, slightly honeyed undergrowth notes.

Notes : woody and fruity.

A word from the Tea-Triber

Julia's word:

“I drew on the ingredients most commonly used by the Slavs to stimulate the lymphatic system and provide a refreshing effect, during the tea ceremony which is, after each passage, an essential element of the Banya. It is indeed necessary to restore the correct level of water and mineral salts, otherwise we feel heaviness in the head, depression and lethargy. In everyday life, drinking Banya infusion detoxifies, constitutes an ideal supply of hydration and contributes to hormonal balance. In Russia, this type of mixture is recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, as milk production is increased.
