Here are three infusions - ALTAÏ CHAÏ, NIDRA and KOZAK - which complement each other to act at different levels in stressful situations. They are grouped in a gift box "ready to offer" or to treat yourself!

The balancing and relaxing contributions of the plants used being complementary, they can be taken alternately to benefit from their contributions throughout a period felt as stressful and undermining restful sleep. Their three very different tastes also provide beautiful tasty variations from one day to the next.

    Set contents

    ALTAÏ CHAÏ: Natural infusion of rhodiola rosea and maral roots, wild rowan berry, wild strawberry leaf and wild flowers.

    Inherited from the Turkic peoples, the Altai Chai recipe combines adaptogenic plants and roots. These help to tone the body, increase its resistance to stress and regulate mood. No wonder they have been used by Altai hunters for generations to resist the harshness of winter and have the courage to pursue their prey, without sleeping, for several days. A woody, fruity and floral infusion particularly prized for its anti-stress action.

    Notes:fruity, floral and woody.

    The ingredients:Wild strawberry leaf (27%), wild rowan berry (25%), maral root (13%), rhodiola rosea root (13%), wild mallow (13%), forget-me-not (9%).

    Use :as a 2 or 3 week treatment, throughout the day (avoid after 6 p.m. for sensitive people).

    NIDRA: Ayurvedic infusion of ashwagandha, shankhapushpi, Indian valerian, gotu kola, brahmi and licorice.

    The worship woven around the goddess Nidra is associated with night, sleep and enchantment. This is how Yoga Nidra (sleep yoga) teaches a practice of deep but conscious relaxation. Several Ayurvedic medicinal plants also come to the aid of the quest for restful sleep. Ashwagandha, with its neuro-protective effects and reduction of anxiety and stress. Shankhapushpi also, recognized as a “rejuvenating” medicine of the intellect and memory and which would have the potential of a tranquilizer. The medicinal properties of Gotu Kola (tiger grass) have been known for more than 2,000 years to relieve nervous problems. As for Brahmi, it is the plant of wisdom, helping in meditation and the practice of yoga.

    Ingredients :Shankhapushpi (21%), Indian valerian (21%), gotu kola (15%), brahmi (15%), ashwagandha (14%), licorice root (14%) - Exclusively hand-picked from India, locally certified organic ingredients - No added flavoring or sugar.

    Preparation:2 generous tablespoons for 1 liter of pure water brought to 90°. Infusion 8 to 10'.

    Use:As a 2 or 3 week treatment, especially in the evening.

    KOZAK: Natural infusion of motherwort, St. John's wort, nettle, echinacea, mint, chamomile.

    The Zaporizhzhya Cossacks (Ukrainians) are known for their multiple fights in the name of freedom and independence, in turn against the Poles, the Russians, or the Ottomans. This is one of the secrets of their indomitable bravery that the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences has reconstructed, via its medicinal plant research station (village of Berezotocha).     Not recommended when taking medication at the same time, due to the presence of St. John's Wort.
