For over 2,000 years, Ayurveda disciples have considered the health of their body and mind as a precious balance to be maintained throughout the year. Born in Kerala, India, this science is based on strong principles of connection to nature, discipline, and understanding phenomena within and outside of us. As reinforcement, local communities call upon the soothing, immunizing and energizing powers of local plants, from tiger grass to Indian valerian, including amla, the leaf of the tree of long life, or pippali, a long pepper with digestive properties.

Our on-site Tea-Triber - Ghanashyam Marda, Doctor of Ayurveda - invites us to learn about the benefits of the major plants of the Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia, through a box of 3 infusions:

SHAKTI, Ayurvedic chai which promotes better hormonal balance.

NIDRA encourages meditation, letting go and makes it easier to fall asleep.

AGNI facilitates digestion and accelerates intestinal transit.
