JASMIN PEARLS: ORGANIC green tea rolled into pearls, flavored with jasmine flowers by direct contact.
Created during the Song Dynasty (960-1279), the “Jasmine Pearls” green tea is a tribute to the art of Chinese tea, combining ancestral know-how and sensory elegance. While teas were consumed (and still are) mainly natural in China, the Hans decided to flavor delicate green tea (which is an excellent perfume catcher) with Jasmine, a symbol of voluptuousness and love. In addition, according to traditional Chinese medicine, Jasmine is classified as a Yang food and therefore harmonizes wonderfully with the Yin side of green tea. Each tea pearl is made by hand from buds and young leaves. When summer comes, the pearls are placed in contact with freshly picked jasmine flowers, in successive layers. This operation is repeated 6 to 7 nights in a row, renewing the flowers each evening.
The ingredients:Green tea from Fujian (China), hand-rolled, then flavored by contact with jasmine flowers renewed for several nights. No added flavoring. From organic farming.
Preparation:2 tablespoons for 1 liter of pure water brought to 75°. Infusion 5'.

GENMAICHA: Organic superior Sencha green tea, roasted and puffed rice grains.
Genmaicha (literally “brown rice tea”) was born in Japan in the 15th century, from the mixture of green tea and roasted and puffed rice grains, which made it very economical for the lower classes. According to legend, it owes its name to a servant named Genmai. One day, Genmai accidentally dropped some grains of brown rice into the teapot. His samurai master, believing that his tea was spoiled, decided to execute Genmai on the spot. However, tasting his tea, he was surprised by the delicious combination of herbal and nutty flavors. He decided to forgive Genmai and name this tea in his honor. In addition to the antioxidant properties of green tea, thanks to the brown rice it contains, Genmaicha is very rich in vitamins and minerals. It promotes digestion, eliminates toxins and accompanies diets well.

NA'NÂ' - MINT TEA: ORGANIC gunpowder green tea & ORGANIC mint leaf.
In the 19th century, the English, faced with the loss of the Slavic market with the Crimean War, sought new opportunities in Morocco for their tea trade. They opened trading posts in the ports of Mogador, Essaouira and Tangier. Its adoption was quite natural: l'Mint infusion (Na'nâ' in dialectal Arabic) being the most widespread drink in Morocco, tea was mixed with mint leaves in order to reduce its bitterness. The nomadic Tuareg tribes contributed to its diffusion, because its thirst-quenching virtues allowed them to survive the extreme conditions of the desert. Offering mint tea is now part of the rules of etiquette in many Arab countries, including in the evening (good to know, the energizing side of tea is offset by the soothing side of mint).
The ingredients: Organic Gunpowder green tea from China (92%), organic mint (8%), natural peppermint flavor.
Preparation:2 generous tablespoons for 1 liter of pure water brought to 75°. Infusion for 4 minutes.
Use : Throughout the day and evening, because the energizing side of the tea is offset by the soothing side of the mint.
Delicious and effective also in iced version!
