DISPOSABLE PAPER FILTERS - XL SIZE FOR INFUSIONS

Hygienic, paper filters are ideal when you don't have a teapot with an integrated metal filter, or one that's too small or poorly designed.

In XL format, the paper filter we've selected is ideal for infusions with large components (leaves, stems, roots or bulky berries).

Whitened without chlorine, no glue, no staples, no plastic, has no impact on the taste of the infusion.

Directions for use:

Wedge a filter filled with herbs (allow 2 tablespoons for 1 liter of water) with the lid of your teapot or carafe. You can also tie a knot at the top to form a berlingot, which can then be removed from any container using toasting tongs, for example.

Pour in the hot water (90°) to cover the plants.

Follow the infusion times recommended on the front of the tin (infusion times are indicated as a minimum; if you like your infusion full-bodied, feel free to add 2 or 3 minutes).

Remove the paper filter and discard. Note that some of our recipes allow a second infusion, which makes them even more economical: you can therefore put your paper filter back in a cup, as long as you reuse it within a few hours.

If you opt for a room-temperature infusion, to preserve the vitamins (especially for KUKULKAN), then allow at least 1 hour. Taste first, before removing the filter.
