IVAN CHAÏ DIEN

The history of Ivan Chaï goes back thousands of years, to the depths of ancient Ural tribes. The herb went on to become a staple of Slavic culture. Russian peasants used to drink a large samovar (the name of their teapot) of it, morning and night. At dawn: to face the day. In the evening: to recover. In this recipe, with its digestive and anti-inflammatory properties, we've given pride of place to sea buckthorn berries: energy without excitement, since there's no theine involved!

Notes: woody, fruity, very greedy.

Ingredients: Fermented willow herb (90%), sea buckthorn berry (10%). Exclusively handcrafted from Russia - 100% natural - No added flavors or sugar - THEINE FREE.

Use: morning to mid-afternoon

Preparation : 2 large tablespoons for 1 liter of pure or filtered water, brought to 90°. Long infusion of 10 to 12'. Put in a thermos and take with you to drink in large quantities.
