Natural infusion of fermented fireweed and lavender

  • Helps digestion
  • Relaxes and helps you fall asleep

Description & history of the IVAN CHAÏ NOCHKA

The history of Ivan Chaï goes back thousands of years, to the depths of ancient Ural tribes. The herb then became a staple of Slavic culture. Russian peasants used to drink a large samovar (the name of their teapot) of it, morning and night. At dawn: to face the day. In the evening: to recover. This recipe, with its digestive and anti-inflammatory properties, has lavender as a guest, making it easier to fall asleep. To be consumed both to recharge your batteries and to soothe you (no theine on the horizon!)

Notes: woody, floral and very gourmand.

Ingredients, Preparation & Use

Ingredients: Fermented willowherb (90%), lavender (10%). Exclusively handcrafted from Russia - 100% natural - No added flavors or sugar - THEINE FREE.

Use: afternoon and all evening.

Preparation: 2 nice tablespoons for 1 liter of pure or filtered water, brought to 90°. Long infusion of 10 to 12'.

A word from the Tea-Triber

Julia's word:

“It is interesting to note to what extent Ivan Chai has acquired its letters of nobility in Russia, while there was a time when counterfeiters cut imported Chinese black tea with locally produced Ivan Chai, without anything tell anyone, in order to increase their margins... Nowadays Ivan Chai is very popular and it is more expensive than most Chinese teas, because it is considered more highly beneficial for health.

The Slavs love both its pure form and its different variations, with the addition of flowers and dried fruits. To introduce you, I have chosen two great classics for TEA TRIBES: Ivan Chaï + sea buckthorn berries, for the day (“Dien” in Russian) / Ivan Chaï + lavender, for the night (“Nochka”, in Russian). ).

You will be seduced by the woody, floral and gourmet notes of Ivan Chaï Nochka. A pleasant surprise awaits you, and what's more, it's excellent for your health. »

Tres bien
