SUPERIOR DRAGON WELL

Long Jing, or "Dragon Well," is among the great green teas of China. Its name has been associated for centuries with the hills of eastern China, where local communities early on perfected the art of heat-fixing the leaves to preserve their vegetal freshness. Recognizable by its flat leaves, shaped by hand-pressing in a wok, it requires precise and attentive skill. This exceptionally clean Long Jing, at once supple, fresh, and structured, is cultivated in Anhui province. It develops a cup of luminous green, with vegetal and slightly fruity notes, and a complex aromatic profile. Naturally rich in antioxidant catechins, it also contains caffeine and L-theanine, a combination appreciated for sustaining attention while maintaining a beautiful serenity.

Ingredients: Long Jing "Dragon Well" Tea, from Guizhou province (China), with flat, hand-pressed leaves. Organic.

Preparation: 2 tablespoons for 1 liter of pure water heated to 75°C. Infuse for 3 minutes.

Usage : Throughout the day. Also delicious iced.
